In addition to excellent customer service, PuroClean Restoration Professionals has the expertise to handle any job, no matter the size. In April of 2020, a local home experienced a garage fire. The garage housed two vehicles, extra tires, and vinyl records. The contents of the garage created a very heavy smoke and soot residue throughout the entire three-story home. Our PuroClean team worked very hard to salvage as many personal items as possible for this family. Many of the contents were irreplaceable items collected from trips around the world. It was rewarding for the team as these customers were extremely pleased with the results of the services provided.

We specialize in restoration and carry extensive certifications. Your loss will be handled professionally and meet or exceed industry standards, including: WRT, FSRT, AMRT, ASD, CCT, UFT, LCT, RRT, LSR, WFDS and TCST. 

Kevin McBride obtained his Master Restorer Certification in 2020.  This is a highly regarded certification not held by many.  Kevin is an expert in the field of cleaning and restoration.

The franchise is also heavily involved in the community the McBride’s love. They are members of the Portage County Business Council.  Beth is the Past President of Business Networking International, The Women’s Fund of Portage County, and the Midwest Cleaning and Restoration Association (MCRA).  Beth was also the MCRA’s Shareholder Representative for the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) and was on the Marketing Committee for the IICRC.

Beth was on the Board of Directors for the Golden Sands Home Builders Association and was an active Committee member for each organization listed. 

The McBride’s also sponsor local youth athletic organizations Beth was the Community Volunteer Leader for the American Red Cross.  They are active supporters of Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Kevin also plays on a local hockey team, and Beth volunteers time to the local schools and is on the Board of Directors for her daughter’s figure skating club. The company assists with events such as American Red Cross Blood Drives, Children’s Fire Safety Events, Holiday Cards for Heroes, the 4th of July Parade, the Christmas Parade, and many more!

Kevin and Beth started their first professional carpet cleaning company in 2001, when they lived in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, before moving to the Stevens Point, Wisconsin area to raise their two girls, Ela and Maddie. Over the years they have expanded their certifications to include restoration services. In total, they have owned and operated three cleaning and restoration companies, converting the last business into a PuroClean Franchise in 2013.
