Waconia, MN. – (April 6, 2021) – After a 20-year career in the maintenance industry, Ryan Back has answered the call to serve his local community, becoming the designated local “Paramedic of Property Damage.” With the opening of his PuroClean franchise in Waconia, Minnesota, an area 30 minutes west of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Back will lead a team of highly trained technicians to help home and business owners in their local community. PuroClean of Waconia is certified to provide water, fire, mold, and biohazard removal, including COVID-19 cleaning.

Back joins the PuroClean franchise with a bachelor’s degree in operation management from the Minnesota State University of Moorhead. Throughout his career, he has had experience in food manufacturing, airline fleet equipment, retail facilities, and property management. Back also spent many years operating his maintenance business that worked with property management companies and commercial facilities. Through his extensive experience leading maintenance teams in different industries, Back brings strong leadership skills that will allow him to further enhance and grow the business.
