Due to a shower/toilet water breakage in our primary bathroom that flooded the primary bathroom, part of the primary bedroom and ruined the entire bedroom below it, we had a recommendation by our Insurance broker to call PuroClean. I called on a Friday morning and they were out on Friday afternoon and immediately started the cleanup and abatement of water on both levels of my home. Their crew was just terrific and explained everything they were doing. I was a service professional for years and I do have somewhat high standards, so when I say this crew was professional, efficient, positive and communicative, I truly mean it. In a situation like this where you feel like your entire world has just been turned upside down, PuroClean was there 7 days a week and was available to answer any questions I had and gave me guidance on what my next steps were to restore my home. I am so happy that they are a one-stop shop who can not only abate the issues but also restore my home back to its original condition.
