MEET OUR STAFF – OUR FIELD ESTIMATOR AND PROJECT MANAGER!

PuroClean of Warrenton has a team of qualified and skilled people dedicated to help each customer during their time of crisis. In our opinion, we have the best staff in the Northern Virginia area. In this blog, we’d like to introduce our Field Estimator and Project Manager – Tim Burnell.

Tim is from the Northern Virginia area, being born in Alexandria and living in Prince William County all his life. In high school, he taught himself to play the guitar which was the beginning of his passion for music. He attended Full Sail University and earned a Bachelors of Science in Music Production. He enjoys producing and writing music, as well as watching movies. He comes from a big family, and whenever possible, he spends time with his parents, siblings, nieces, and nephews.

Tim is certified in Water Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Odor Control. As Field Estimator and Project Manager, he goes out to each loss, evaluates the damage sustained, and meets with the owner to discuss his findings. He then scopes and writes an estimate and sends it to the insurance company for approval. Upon approval, he then coordinates and manages the crews on each site from start to finish. He keeps the progress of each project moving forward, on time, and within budget. 

Tim works alongside the owners, listening to their concerns, and helping them understand each step along the way. He helps assure them that PuroClean has their best interest in mind and will get their building back to pre-loss condition. His love for helping people, along with his communication skills, helps each customer feel well informed and at ease during a very stressful time.

He also interfaces with insurance companies to help make the process as seamless as possible to ensure a successful job completion. Tim’s level headed thinking, calmness in stressful situations, and his strategist thinking help him bridge the gap between owner and insurance company. Tim also manages our afterhours crews as one of our “on call” managers.

Tim has been in this industry for over 10 years, and with PuroClean for the past 2 years. He has been a great addition to the company, bringing his strategic thinking and leadership skills to the team, and fits well with PuroClean’s vision of helping those in times of need. Being in the industry for this long, Tim loves working at PuroClean stating, “the ownership of PuroClean is different from other companies in this industry. This ownership team cares about their employees as well as their customers.”
