We are also equipped to conduct a “suspected or confirmed” case of COVID-19 cleaning with a deep cleaning of the affected areas. The cleaning would be done by deploying the same EPA-registered disinfectant and would encompass detailed structural cleaning of all surfaces below a ceiling height of 10’ to include hard surface areas, common areas, bathrooms, halls, flooring, and carpeted areas.

We utilize Air Filtration Devices so that the proper amount of air changes take place to ensure that airborne contaminants are captured during this process. All of our trained technicians will be wearing full PPE, with proper full face respirators to protect not only themselves, but the residents and staff as well.
