MEET OUR STAFF – OUR CONTENTS MANAGER!

PuroClean of Warrenton has a dedicated team of skilled and knowledgeable people working non-stop daily to help each customer during their time of crisis. In our opinion, we have the best staff in the Northern Virginia area. In this blog, we’d like to introduce our Contents Manager, Dan Guy.

Dan was born in Johnson, Tennessee and at the age of three, his parents moved to the Northern Virginia area. He grew up in Herndon and became involved in acting and singing during his high school years. He attended George Mason University and earned a Bachelor Degree in Theater. When Dan is not working, he enjoys creating and producing YouTube videos, reading, and going to the movies. He also enjoys spending time with his parents and brother and his large extended family.

Dan is certified in Lead Testing & Abatement, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Odor Control, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, and Journeyman in Fire & Smoke Restorer. As Contents Manager, Dan manages the day to day operations of our contents division. He is responsible for the personal belongings of our customers after a major catastrophe in their home. This includes packouts, care, cleaning, and deodorization of all contents affected. He ensures textiles, hard furniture, and general household items are restored if at all possible. Each item is photo documented and available for the insured and the insurance company to review at any time, along with a non-salvageable items report for replacement of damaged items. 

Dan works alongside the owners and insurance companies to make the process of personal belongings as seamless as possible during a very stressful time. His passion to help people and his excellent communication skills help assure each homeowner their contents will be cared for and kept safe until they can be brought back to their home. His experience in customer service helps each customer feel at ease and well informed.

Dan has been with PuroClean for 5 years and started with no experience in this industry. He has done an incredible job of learning many different aspects of the business, making himself an integral part of the company. One of Dan’s biggest strengths is his customer service. He has a passion to help people and has the ability to not only assess a job well, but can ascertain what the customer needs to feel at ease. He connects with people well and always goes above and beyond to take care of each customer in their time of need. He has been a great addition to the PuroClean team.
