MEET OUR STAFF – OUR OFFICE MANAGER!

PuroClean of Warrenton has an incredible team of dedicated, skilled, and knowledgeable people working tirelessly each day to help every customer going through a crisis. In our opinion, we have the best staff in the Northern Virginia area. In this blog, we’d like to introduce our Office Manager, Lori Queen.

Lori was born in Virginia but grew up in California in the northern part of the Mojave Desert. She spent her teen years in Virginia, but returned to the desert for her senior year of high school. Soon after graduating, she moved back to Virginia where she has remained. She’s the mom of two amazing kids, Andrea and Austin, who are both bright spots in her life and bring her much joy!

Lori has been at PuroClean for almost 2 years and brings much to the company. Before joining our team, she was well respected in the Fauquier School System. Being someone that is community minded, she had heard of our many community projects and decided on a career change with an opportunity for growth and impact. Her passion for community and her desire to help people make her a great addition to PuroClean of Warrenton.

As our Office Manager, Lori has been able to organize and put systems in place to create a user friendly environment. Her attention to detail and organizational skills keeps our office running smoothly and has taken our office management to another level. She is in charge of our bookkeeping, billing, and receivables, and also oversees other areas such as HR, IT, and procurement of supplies.

Lori is creative, artistic, driven, and self motivated. She has an excellent work ethic and always finishes each job! She is trustworthy and a key member of our PuroClean team. We appreciate all she has brought to the company and all she continues to do.
