Jordan and his team did an outstanding job in a shocking & stressful time for our family. He was onsite within 90 minutes of our call (after hours) and was a consummate professional the entire time helping us navigate the remediation and restoration activities, and working with our insurer. While I would never want to go through the experience again, I would immediately call Jordan at PuroClean for those needs and without question recommend him to family and friends.

PuroClean of Waxahachie provided top notch service when my hot water heater busted, resulting in a flooded house. Service was prompt and very professional, as the team took care of everything. They communicated with insurance and ensured that every detail was taken care of. On Thanksgiving Day we had a pipe burst and Jordan was the first (and only) company to answer the phone and respond within an hour. Jordan is one of the most knowledgeable people we have ever met in this realm. He was able to promptly get started with removing the water that had leaked upstairs and down through our kitchen ceiling. He was very forthcoming with every detail and showed us his equipment and explained what he was doing. After the fact, he provided all the readings and images they took during the process to help with insurance. Undoubtedly one of the best in the business!
