On Thanksgiving Day we had a pipe burst and Jordan was the first (and only) company to answer the phone and respond within an hour. Jordan is one of the most knowledgeable people we have ever met in this realm. He was able to promptly get started with removing the water that had leaked upstairs and down through our kitchen ceiling. He was very forthcoming with every detail and showed us his equipment and explained what he was doing. After the fact, he provided all the readings and images they took during the process to help with insurance. Undoubtedly one of the best in the business!
