Part-Time/Full-Time Technicians Needed

This is an excellent opportunity to learn a new trade and to join a small local company that is part of a growing national franchise.

While IICRC certifications are a plus, they are not a requirement.  You will be trained by professionals with up to 20 years in the business.

Technician responsibilities involve demolition tasks (tear out drywall, insulation, carpet, padding, etc.), water extraction and setting equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Be part of a disaster response team for emergency services from water damage, fire damage and mold remediation.
• Be customer focused.
• Take damage assessments, moisture readings.
• Perform water extraction, remedial demolition and drying.
• Clean smoke damage from affected structures and contents.

Must be willing to work outside of “regular” business hours if necessary.

Continue to improve technical knowledge and personal performance.

 Required:

• Pass background check with no felony charges; clean driving record required.
• Work in the construction, demolition or remediation industry preferred, but we will train you!

Compensation based on experience.
