PuroClean of Wentzville participates in Advanced Commercial Water Damage Training

News

PuroClean of Wentzville was proud to participate in an IICRC-approved Commercial Drying Specialist training class and certification in Tamarac, FL at PuroClean Headquarters.

Commercial Water Restoration Training

The class brought together PuroClean technicians and owners to learn advanced concepts when drying large and complex commercial properties including churches, schools, medical facilities, office and retail complexes, distribution and manufacturing facilities, and multi-family residential complexes.

The course provided hands-on experience with industrial-level desiccant dehumidifiers, portable air conditioning, and generators to power the equipment. These units were large enough to require a semi-trailer to transport them and a telehandler to move them around. Sizing of equipment, setup, operation, and monitoring were performed with many scenarios considered during the class.

Commercial Drying Equipment

One of the most interesting scenarios discussed was the drying of basketball court wood floors and large stadium environments.

This class was a great way to build upon the commercial experience PuroClean of Wentzville has delivered for local churches, healthcare facilities, office and retail complexes, and distribution centers.
