insurance instructed me to contact Puroclean and I’m so happy I did. Within hours of contacting them, someone was at my house assessing any damage, and leaving an air purifier until the cleaning crew could arrive. The cleaning crew came less than 24 hours later. Everyone I spoke to at Puroclean was understanding and made me feel so much better about the situation I was in. They were also more than willing to answer any and all questions or concerns a had regarding the cleaning that was taking place in my home. The people that came to clean were so kind and very professional. Another positive, great sense of humor! Lol. If you are looking for options, please give Puroclean a call. I promise, you will not be disappointed!!!

Great experience with this company. From my first call ( in distress) to the very end. Great service, from Michelle, who took my call and was so friendly, to William, who came and did the hard work of cleaning up my flood. Very professional and caring people. I hope I never have to use them again but I would call them for sure if need be.

I called PuroClean about black mold we found in our garage. Within two days they were here to check it out. Thankfully, they alleviated our concerns that this was an on-going problem. Shortly after the visit, we received a quote to repair and fix the problem behind the drywall. I will update my review after their work is completed but I can already tell they are on it, super realistic about the damage, and will do a great job! Highly recommend!

Together we have survived snow storms in January, the high waters in Lake Champlain causing flooding, the Montpelier flood in May and my favorite Aunt Irene came to visit in August. What a year we have had, and together as a team we took care of everyone. Mike Jacobs and another employee were assigned to clean the basement of the house at the above mentioned address after a sewer drain failed. They did an incredible job with the clean-up and worked quickly and efficiently. In addition, Mike was great to explain the procedure and let me know when the job was finished. He was especially professional in his attitude and communication. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needed their services. Excellent and very professional!!!
