On Friday afternoon I had a blast broken hose from the laundry that ended up flooding 2 rooms at home, I tried to clean and dry as much I could but the carpet in one of the room still soaking wet, that makes me realize that professional help is needed to avoid more damage, so with my good old friend google. I found PuroClean that right from the beginning schedule a visit to scope in depth (literally) damages or any other no visible problems taking care of it so fast that my freak about all this situation just went away. Their staff is very friendly and careful with everything, after all the process you cannot even realize what happened there 2 days ago. I really appreciate the time the speed and the good job that they provide to me. Trying to do it all myself thinking that everything was Ok, would ended it up in a worse situation.

Highly recommend. I did a google search for mold inspection company and they came up with a link to the BBB website. They have a great rating so decided to call them. Very professional with great communication. I dealt with Jenny from the Mold department, and she was amazing. She took her time explaining and answering questions, gave recommendations based on her experiences, and would always call to follow up with me to monitor my situation and needs.
Every time we spoke, I never felt rushed or pressured to go in any particular direction. There were two instances in which I went with a recommended company for a specific task/job I needed, and those companies were also professional and pleasant to do business with. All in all, my experience with Puroclean, Walter who did the inspection at my home, and Jenny was fantastic. I have no regrets and would not hesitate to recommend. I cannot thank them enough for their work, communication and professionalism. They deserve the A+ rating they have.
