In March 2023, our office received a call from a homeowner in the Hunters Green Community of Tampa who spotted mold in his property. The owner, a retired man, discovered the decay under the wallpaper in his home. Wallpaper is a common source of mold, as it traps moisture and provides a nutrient-rich environment for it to flourish.

Our technicians removed the damaged interior wall and isolated the area; we used professional-grade products to clean and sanitize this space effectively to ensure all traces of mold were gone.

Our technicians pitched a plastic barrier to separate our work area from the rest of the home to avoid contamination. Using only the most efficient and state-of-the-art equipment, such as air scrubbers and dehumidifiers, we dried the space so that no moisture remained.
