Gino took the time to explain every detail and the purpose of every machine. Gino had me look at the moisture instrument readings with him and set wonderful expectations. Gino had to come back every day to take new readings and check the machines and did an outstanding job working around our schedules. Machines are usually there a minimum of 3 days to ensure they dry out, and Gino was there like clockwork. The owner Victor also made it a point to stop by and also called me to make sure I was taken care of. These guys seemed like family the way they attend to their customers!
